Welcome, beauty! I I am Mariam, your Russian Manicure specialist, & the face of the luxe home based studio, Totally Fabulous Nails. I am so glad that you are here. I want to walk you through my journey on becoming specialized on the Russian Manicure world. Back in 2021 I felt lost, but I knew I wanted to do something with art. That is when I introduced myself into the nail world. There was an issue when I was trying to decide what type of nail enhancement products I wanted to work with. Due to my chronic asthma, there was no way I could work with products that had a strong odor, & thats how I came across gel. Specifically hard gel. I looked into ways to enhance the structured manicure & that is how I came across the e-file manicure a.k.a. Russian Manicure. I love how meticulous the service performance is, how safe it is for your nails, & how you can grow out your natural nails with no issues. My goal is to make you smile every time you sit infront of me on the chair, & for you to brag about how much you love your nails as soon as you walk out, until you come back to see me. Make sure you have a clear schedule when you book. I have enough room for my client & myself, so please I kindly ask that there is no extra guests. Please be mindful that depending on the service you selected, it might take from 90 minutes-240 minutes. By knowing this information, please be considerate, kids will not stay still to wait that long. I will be working with your hands, alternating from one hand to the other. Make sure that you are not working at the moment, texting, sending emails. I require a deposit at the moment that you book an appointment. This deposit will go towards your service. Please note that the deposit is non refundable, but it is transferable 1 time, up to 2 weeks from when you initially booked. Proceed to read the cancellation policy for more information. A 2.6% processing fee is required while paying for the deposit. Please bring cash to your appointment or pay with Apple Cash at the end of service to avoid this fee a second time. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – [Totally Fabulous Nails]
Please be advised that cancellations made up to [24 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [the app, text, phone call, social media] will be processed with the penalty of loosing you $30 non refundable deposit.
You do have the option to reschedule up to 2 weeks from the original appointment. Only if you want to reschedule before the 24 hour window.
Cancellations made [24 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to loosing your deposit[$30.00 NON refundable deposit] & get charged an extra 30% as an inconvenience fee. This includes appointments where the client is turned away, or the client is unavailable.
If [Totally Fabulous Nails] cancels an appointment with less than [24 hours notice], a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
There is a [10 minute] grace period. If the client arrives later than the 10 minute mark, it will result to a extra charge of [$5.00]. No client should arrive 15 minutes or later. Their appointment will automatically get canceled & you will loose your $30.00 deposit, & get charged 50% from the remaining of the service.
